Method for installing and correcting bridge steel box girder
The invention discloses a bridge steel box girder mounting and correcting method in the technical field of road traffic engineering, which comprises the following steps: firstly, erecting a temporary support between two adjacent piers, arranging a movable support frame on the top of the temporary support, arranging a hydraulic jack on the support frame, and arranging a hydraulic jack on the hydraulic jack; then a crane is used for hoisting the steel box girder to the position above the bridge pier, the two ends of the steel box girder are placed on the hydraulic jacks on the two temporary supports respectively, then the supporting frame is moved, the heights of the hydraulic jacks are adjusted, the bottom elevation of the steel box girder reaches the designed elevation, and the steel box girder is aligned with the bridge pier and other steel box girder units; and finally, the splicing positions of the steel box girders are welded and fixed, the bridge piers and the steel box girders are installed and fixed, and then the temporary supports are dismantled. By means of the correction method, rapid correction and fixing of the steel box girder can be achieved, the correction process is simple and convenient, time and labor are saved, and the installation quality of the steel box girder can be improved.
本发明公开的是公路交通工程技术领域的一种大桥钢箱梁安装校正方法,包括以下步骤:先在相邻两个桥墩之间搭设临时支架,在临时支架顶部设置可移动的支撑车架,并在支撑车架上设置液压千斤顶,然后利用吊车将钢箱梁吊至桥墩上方,使其两端分别放置在两个临时支架上的液压千斤顶上,再然后移动支撑车架并调整液压千斤顶的高度,使钢箱梁底部标高达到设计标高,并与桥墩和其它钢箱梁单元对齐,最后对钢箱梁的拼接处进行焊接固定,将桥墩与钢箱梁进行安装固定,随后拆除临时支架。采用本发明的校正方法,可实现钢箱梁的快速校正和固定,校正过程简单方便,省时省力,可提高钢箱梁的安装质量。
