The invention discloses a reinforcing structure of a building foundation and a construction method, and relates to the technical field of reinforcing equipment. The device comprises a steel bar frame which is laid in a foundation pit of a foundation; the bottom ends of the reinforcing rods are conical, hammering blocks are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the reinforcing rods, and the diameter of the hammering blocks is larger than that of the reinforcing rods. When the device is used, filled concrete can be pressed on the hammering blocks, and when a soil layer below a foundation sinks, the multiple reinforcing rods can play a supporting role, so that the situation that the steel bar frame and the filled concrete sink is avoided, damage to a building above is avoided, the use requirement is met, and the device is more practical; through the design of the containing cavity, the reinforcing rod and the extension rod, the supporting stability of the reinforcing rod is effectively improved; and through the design of a plugging bolt, the reinforcing rod can be limited, the reinforcing rod is prevented from moving in the containing cavity, and therefore the supporting stability of the reinforcing rod is further improved.
