A first rod set and a second rod set are pulled upwards, a rotating disc is rotated to drive a built-in rod to move upwards by a certain distance, after the first rod set and the second rod set are completely separated from a soil layer, under the condition that a first outward-spreading wing and a second outward-spreading wing are attached to the outer wall of an outer sleeve, the rotating disc is rotated to drive the built-in rod to move upwards to the initial position, and then the built-in rod is driven to move upwards; the limiting ring cylinder is driven by the built-in rod to move upwards, multiple sets of magnetic attraction positioning blocks installed on the inner wall of the limiting ring cylinder are in attraction butt joint with the bottom ends of the first outward spreading wing and the second outward spreading wing, then the inner wall of the limiting ring cylinder is used for limiting the first outward spreading wing and the second outward spreading wing, and recycling can be completed.
