The basement tower crane foundation structure comprises a mounting platform, a plurality of leveling assemblies are arranged on the mounting platform in the circumferential direction, each leveling assembly comprises a threaded rod vertically and slidably arranged on the mounting platform in a penetrating mode, and a nut is in threaded connection with a rod body, located above the mounting platform, of each threaded rod; a plurality of soil gathering plates are circumferentially hinged to a rod body, positioned below the mounting platform, of the threaded rod; the leveling assembly further comprises a plurality of supporting rods, one supporting rod corresponds to one soil gathering plate, the top ends of the supporting rods are arranged on the lower surface of the mounting platform, and the bottom ends of the supporting rods are in sliding and rotating fit with the corresponding soil gathering plates; a detection assembly for detecting whether the mounting platform inclines or not is arranged on the mounting platform, the detection assembly comprises a detection cylinder arranged on the mounting platform, an induction ball is hung at the center position in the detection cylinder through a stay wire, and a plurality of proximity switches are uniformly arranged on the inner side wall of the detection cylinder in the circumferential direction.
