The invention provides an assembly type spiral anchor foundation and a manufacturing method thereof.The assembly type spiral anchor foundation comprises inclined single anchor rods buried in the four corners of a tower core, a connecting base is arranged at the upper ends of the inclined single anchor rods and comprises a bottom plate, and one diagonal line of the bottom plate is a tower core line and faces the tower core; the inclined upward angle steel is welded to the upper end of the bottom plate, and the sleeve is fixedly welded to the lower end of the bottom plate, arranged at the upper end of the inclined single anchor rod in a sleeving mode and connected with the inclined single anchor rod through a bolt. The method is suitable for the 220V angle steel tower, the tower feet of the tower body correspond to the inclined single anchor rods in a one-to-one mode, the tower feet are connected with the angle steel bolts on the connecting base, no maintenance period exists, and the tower can be assembled after foundation construction is finished.
本发明提出了一种装配式螺旋锚基础及其制作方法,所述装配式螺旋锚基础,包括埋于塔心四角的倾斜单锚杆,倾斜单锚杆的上端设置有连接底座,连接底座包括底板,底板的一对角线为塔心线,且朝向塔心,底板的上端焊接有倾斜向上的角钢,下端焊接固定有套管,套管套装于倾斜单锚杆的上端,且与倾斜单锚杆螺栓相连。本发明适用于220V角钢塔,塔身的塔脚与倾斜单锚杆一一对应,塔脚与连接基座上的角钢螺栓相连,无养护周期,基础施工结束即可组塔。
