The invention discloses a waterproof construction process for a basement bottom plate and a side wall. The waterproof construction process comprises the following steps that S1, a base layer of a waterproof layer is checked and treated; s2, constructing on the surface of the plain concrete cushion layer to form an asphalt waterproof coating layer; a polystyrene board protection layer is laid on the surface of the side wall of the backfill soil; s3, a layer of asphalt waterproof coiled material in the plane direction is laid on the surface of the asphalt waterproof coating layer, and a layer of asphalt waterproof coiled material in the vertical face direction is laid on the surface of the polystyrene board protection layer; s4, a fine aggregate concrete protection layer is formed on the upper surface of the asphalt waterproof coiled material in the plane direction through pouring; s5, a plurality of ventilation pipelines are arranged above the fine aggregate concrete protection layer; and S6, a bottom plate and side walls are formed through pouring construction, and ports in the two ends of the ventilation pipeline communicate with the external space of the concrete. Airflow can be introduced into the ventilation pipeline, so that the airflow takes away underground water permeating into the basement concrete structure, and the problem of basement humidity is solved.
