According to the invention, two groups of first guide sliding rods and second guide sliding rods, two groups of first dampers and second dampers, and multiple groups of first damping springs and second damping springs are matched for use, so that vertical vibration impact received by the mounting frame plate is dispersed and counteracted; and meanwhile, the center bearing disc, the first damping elastic piece and the second damping elastic piece are used in cooperation, the damping requirement of the high-voltage power transmission tower on the mounting frame plate in any direction is met, the structural stability is enhanced, and the anti-seismic effect is improved.
