The invention provides a pile body concrete quality defect detection method which comprises the following steps that a detection hole is formed in a to-be-detected pile, and the detection hole extends in the length direction of the to-be-detected pile; placing a detection device in the detection hole; knocking the pile to be tested to generate excitation waves; the detection device is used for detecting the excitation wave; and the pile body integrity of the to-be-detected pile is analyzed based on the detection result of the detection device. According to the pile body concrete quality defect detection method, the detection hole is formed in the to-be-detected pile, so that the influence of external factors such as a soil layer can be avoided, and the accuracy of a detection result is ensured.
