Anti-pulling test device for anti-floating anchor rod
The invention discloses an anti-pulling test device and method for an anti-floating anchor rod, and relates to the field of geotechnical engineering equipment. The device comprises a crawler, a frame of the crawler is provided with a clamping assembly used for clamping a plurality of anchor rod ribs, a drawing assembly used for providing drawing force and a measuring assembly used for measuring the pulling resistance of the anchor rod ribs. A through hole for containing an anchor rod rib body is formed in the center of the frame, and a through groove which allows the anchor rod rib body to pass through and communicates with the through hole is further formed in the frame. The clamping assembly comprises an anchoring cylinder and an anchoring wedge body which is matched with the anchoring cylinder to clamp the anchor rod rib body; according to the invention, the equipment for executing the anti-drawing test on the anchor rod rib body is loaded and moved through the crawler, and the test device does not need to be manually carried, so that the manpower is effectively saved; the clamping process of the anchor rod rib body is achieved through the anchoring barrel and the anchoring wedge body, the clamping process is simple and practical, automatic operation can be achieved in the whole clamping process, the training cost of workers is reduced, and the operation efficiency is high.
