The rainwater collecting system is installed on the top of the vehicle and comprises a water collecting hopper and an electric control door, when the vehicle runs in rainy days, a driver can open the electric control door through the electric control system, and rainwater enters the vehicle from the water collecting hopper after the electric control door is opened. The rainwater purification system comprises a water purification tank and a water catchment box, rainwater enters the water purification tank from a water collection hopper through the water catchment box, a filter layer is arranged in the water purification tank, an opening is formed in the bottom of the water purification tank, the moving speed of the vehicle in the running process is high, the air flow speed at the opening is far higher than the air flow speed in the water purification tank, and the air pressure at the opening is lower. According to the rainwater collecting and purifying device, the air pressure difference formed by rapid movement in the automobile driving process can be effectively utilized, rainwater can be rapidly collected and purified without depending on extra energy, and a flexible clean water supplementing scheme is provided for an automobile running for a long distance.
