The invention relates to the technical field of secondary water supply, in particular to secondary water supply equipment capable of operating underwater, which comprises a control cabinet (10), a water pump (20) and a frequency converter (30), and the frequency converter (30) is separated from the control cabinet (10), is independently designed and is arranged on the periphery of a pump body of the water pump (20) in a surrounding manner; a motor of the water pump (20) is a submersible motor; the submersible motor is accommodated in a pump body of the water pump (20) and is electrically connected with the frequency converter (30) through a waterproof interface; the frequency converter (30) and the control cabinet (10) are of a fully-sealed structure. A waterproof cable interface (11) is arranged on the outer side of the fully-sealed structure of the frequency converter (30) and the control cabinet (10), and the frequency converter (30) and the control cabinet (10) are electrically connected through a waterproof cable plug. The structure of the whole secondary water supply equipment is optimized, and the corresponding structure is improved, so that the whole secondary water supply equipment can normally operate underwater, and meanwhile, a perfect solution is provided for solving the heat dissipation problem caused by full sealing.
