Fabricated concrete module building and assembling method thereof
The invention provides an assembly type concrete module building and an assembly method thereof. The fabricated concrete module comprises a top plate and a plurality of side walls, and door and window holes are reserved in the side walls. The top plate is fixed to the top ends of the side walls, and vertical holes are reserved in the side walls. The top plate and the side wall of the fabricated concrete module, including decoration and electromechanical pipeline arrangement, are manufactured in a factory. Only steel bar connection, concrete pouring of a top plate laminated layer and ground decoration operation are needed in a construction site. And on-site splicing is achieved without formworks and scaffolds, high-degree industrialized production, integrated integration and assembly type construction are achieved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the on-site labor consumption is reduced. In addition, the fabricated concrete modules are not provided with bottom plates, so that the problem that the floor is too thick due to the fact that the bottom plates are overlapped with the top plates of the fabricated concrete modules on the lower layer is solved.
