UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) connected post-tensioned retarded-bonding prefabricated prestressed concrete perforated beam frame structure system and design and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a post-tensioned retard-bonded prefabricated prestressed concrete perforated beam frame structure system connected by UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete). The post-tensioned retard-bonded prefabricated prestressed concrete perforated beam frame structure system comprises a prefabricated concrete upper column, a prefabricated concrete lower column, a post-tensioned retard-bonded prefabricated prestressed concrete perforated superposed beam, a UHPC node core area and a superposed plate. The upper longitudinal main reinforcements extend out of the bottom face of the prefabricated upper column, the lower longitudinal main reinforcements extend out of the top face of the prefabricated lower column, and the common reinforcements extend out of the end face of the prefabricated concrete beam to be directly anchored in a UHPC joint core area. The structural system is convenient and rapid in site construction, improves the component installation efficiency, can greatly reduce the anchoring length of the steel bars, greatly reduce the use amount of stirrups in a joint core area, avoid crowding of the steel bars in the joint core area, reduce the section height of the components, reduce the self weight, and improve the anti-cracking performance and the self-recovery performance of the components; therefore, the anti-seismic performance of the whole frame structure is improved. Post-tensioning slow-bonding has the advantage of being good in durability, and the defect that post-tensioning bonding grouting is not compact is overcome.
本发明公开了一种UHPC连接的后张缓粘结预制预应力混凝土开孔梁框架结构体系,包括预制混凝土上柱、预制混凝土下柱、后张缓粘结预制预应力混凝土开孔叠合梁、UHPC节点核心区和叠合板。所述上纵向主筋伸出预制上柱底面,下纵向主筋伸出预制下柱顶面,普通钢筋伸出预制混凝土梁端面均直接锚固在UHPC节点核心区内。该结构体系不仅现场施工方便快速、提高构件安装效率,而且既能大幅度减少钢筋锚固长度,大幅减少节点核心区箍筋用量,避免节点核心区钢筋拥挤,又能减小构件截面高度,减轻自重、提高构件抗裂性能和自恢复性能,从而改善整体框架结构的抗震性能。后张缓粘结具有耐久性好的优势,且解决了后张有粘结灌浆不密实的缺点。
