The splicing type building supporting column with the mortise and tenon joint structure comprises a main body supporting column, a vertical supporting column is arranged above the main body supporting column, and a first transverse supporting column and a second transverse supporting column are arranged on the left side and the right side of the main body supporting column correspondingly; opposite side walls of the main body supporting column and the vertical supporting column are provided with open grooves which are distributed in a diagonal symmetry mode. A cross-shaped protrusion is inserted into a cross-shaped inserting groove, and a first inserting rod penetrates through two overlapped semicircular open grooves, so that a vertical supporting column is effectively locked and fixed to the upper end of a main body supporting column; the strip-shaped protrusions on the first transverse supporting column and the second transverse supporting column are inserted into the strip-shaped clamping grooves in the two side walls of the main body supporting column correspondingly, so that the rectangular inserting heads penetrate through the rectangular through grooves and then are inserted into the rectangular inserting grooves, and the rectangular protrusions are inserted into the rectangular clamping grooves; and a second inserting rod penetrates through the first through hole and the second through hole to lock and fix the first transverse supporting column and the second transverse supporting column.
