The bolt holes in the surface of the flat plate are connected and fixed through countersunk screws (4) to achieve horizontal displacement of the joint-crossing cover plate, and the bolt holes in the surface of the vertical plate are connected and fixed through countersunk screws (4) to achieve vertical displacement of the joint-crossing cover plate. The construction method of the joint-crossing cover plate device with the deformation joint capable of moving in the two directions has the advantages that the joint-crossing cover plate and the sliding strip screws are convenient to mount and dismount, and the interior of the joint-crossing cover plate structure is convenient to maintain; and horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the deformation joint are simultaneously met through hooking and sliding structures on the two sides of the deformation joint, and the practical performance of the deformation joint cover plate structure is greatly improved.
