The invention belongs to the technical field of structural engineering, and particularly relates to a fabricated prestressed shear wall and a using method thereof. The device comprises a wall body, corrugated pipes, prestressed reinforcements, edge members and edge member main reinforcements, the wall body is rhombic, the corrugated pipes are horizontally arranged in the wall body, the prestressed reinforcements are arranged in the corrugated pipes, the edge members are arranged on the two sides of the wall body, and the edge member main reinforcements are vertically arranged in the edge members; compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the building assembly rate is increased, and it is guaranteed that the bearing capacity of components is not reduced; (2) the fabricated building is industrialized; and (3) on-site wet operation and carbon emission are reduced.
