The fabricated concrete prefabricated floor slab using the steel plate interlayer comprises a floor slab body, the floor slab body comprises the steel plate interlayer and concrete bodies fixed to the upper surface and the lower surface of the steel plate interlayer in a pouring mode, and the steel plate interlayer is made of corrugated steel plates and comprises a plurality of corrugated protrusions sequentially arranged in the left-right direction; the steel plate interlayer is provided with at least two screw sets arranged at intervals in the left-right direction, each screw set comprises at least two screw units arranged at intervals in the front-back direction, each screw unit comprises a first vertical screw with the axis extending in the up-down direction, and the first vertical screws penetrate through the steel plate interlayer in the up-down direction. First adjusting nuts are in threaded connection with the positions, on the upper side and the lower side of the steel plate interlayer, of the first vertical screw, and the upper end and the lower end of the first vertical screw are connected with an upper end positioning bearing plate and a lower end positioning bearing plate which are horizontally arranged correspondingly. The technical problem that in the prior art, binding of the reinforcement cage can affect the manufacturing efficiency of the concrete prefabricated floor slab is solved.
本发明涉及一种使用钢板夹层的装配式混凝土预制楼板,包括楼板主体,楼板主体包括钢板夹层和浇筑固定于钢板夹层上下表面的混凝土体,钢板夹层由波纹钢板制成,钢板夹层包括多个沿左右方向顺序设置的波纹凸起,钢板夹层上设置有至少两个沿左右方向间隔布置的螺杆组,各螺杆组均包括至少两个沿前后方向间隔布置的螺杆单元,各螺杆单元均包括轴线沿上下方向延伸的第一竖向螺杆,第一竖向螺杆沿上下方向贯穿钢板夹层,第一竖向螺杆上于钢板夹层的上下两侧螺纹连接有第一调节螺母,第一竖向螺杆的上端、下端分别连接有水平设置的上端定位承载板和下端定位承载板。本发明解决现有技术中绑扎钢筋笼会影响混凝土预制楼板制作效率的技术问题。
