Large-spacing steel beam upper formwork support structure and construction method
The large-spacing steel beam upper formwork supporting frame structure comprises a steel beam platform serving as an operation platform and a formwork supporting frame erected on the steel beam platform, and the formwork supporting frame comprises a safety bag net, a plurality of scaffold boards, a first steel pipe vertical rod, a second steel pipe vertical rod, a steel pipe annular horizontal rod and a steel pipe radial horizontal rod. The safety net is fully hung on the corresponding steel beams forming the steel beam platform, and meanwhile scaffold boards are fully laid on the tops of the steel beams. The first steel pipe vertical rods are perpendicular to the upper surfaces of the steel beams and installed on the steel beams, and the second steel pipe vertical rods are perpendicular to the upper surfaces of the scaffold boards and are erected in a suspended mode without supports. The first steel pipe vertical rods or the second steel pipe vertical rods are connected with the corresponding steel pipe annular horizontal rods and the corresponding steel pipe radial horizontal rods into a whole. Compared with the prior art, the vertical rods of the formwork support are suspended between the steel beams, materials are saved, welding is not needed, work types and labor are simplified, the material cost is reduced, material turnover is facilitated, inspection in use and disassembly after use are facilitated, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种大间距钢梁上支模架结构及施工方法,包括作为操作平台的钢梁平台以及搭设在钢梁平台上的支模架,支模架包括安全兜网以及若干脚手板、钢管立杆一、钢管立杆二、钢管环向水平杆、钢管径向水平杆,安全兜网满挂在组成钢梁平台的对应钢梁上,同时钢梁的顶部满铺脚手板;钢管立杆一垂直于钢梁的上表面布置并安装于钢梁上,钢管立杆二垂直于脚手板的上表面布置且无支撑悬空搭设;钢管立杆一或钢管立杆二均与对应钢管环向水平杆、钢管径向水平杆连接成整体。相较于现有技术,本发明中的支模架在钢梁间立杆悬空,节省材料,无需焊接,精简工种,人工、材料成本降低,利于材料周转,便于使用中检查及使用后拆除,施工周期缩短。
