A transverse conveying groove and a vertical conveying groove which are perpendicular to each other are formed in the upper end face of the base. The conveying mechanism comprises a conveying assembly capable of moving in the transverse conveying groove and the vertical conveying groove, and a supporting assembly arranged on the conveying assembly and used for jacking up an automobile. Parking can be conveniently carried out, the number of parked cars in each layer of the three-dimensional parking lot is increased, and the utilization rate of the original area is increased.
