Stirring pile machine
A mixing pile machine comprises a walking mechanism, a control mechanism, a supporting mechanism and a drilling mechanism, the drilling mechanism comprises a second motor, a connecting rotating shaft, a drilling rod, a moving block, a gear groove, a first gear shaft, a second gear shaft, a sliding groove and a steel wire rope, one end of the moving block is flexibly connected to a supporting stand column in a sleeving mode, and the other end of the moving block is welded to the second motor; the bottom of the second motor is connected with the connecting rotating shaft, the bottom of the connecting rotating shaft is in threaded connection with the drill rod, the gear groove is fixed to the middle of the moving block, the first gear shaft and the second gear shaft are both connected to the gear groove in a sleeving mode, and the second motor is connected with the first gear shaft through a data line. The second gear shaft is meshed with a chain groove in the supporting stand column, and the second motor is controlled by the control mechanism to drive the two gear shafts to rotate so as to drive the drill rod on the moving block to ascend and descend in the direction of the supporting stand column. The equipment is easy to assemble, small in size, convenient and flexible to move and steer, suitable for various construction environments and capable of improving the construction efficiency, and the steel wire rope is not prone to being wound and clamped.
