The hydraulic walking system comprises a closed hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor, a first electromagnetic directional valve, a hydraulic shuttle valve, a second electromagnetic directional valve and a low-pressure overflow valve. Two oil outlets PA and PB of the closed hydraulic pump are respectively connected with two oil ports A and B of the hydraulic motor; two oil ports P1 and P2 of the first electromagnetic directional valve are respectively connected with two oil ports A and B of the hydraulic motor, and the first electromagnetic directional valve and the hydraulic motor form a parallel loop; two oil ports of the hydraulic shuttle valve are respectively connected with two oil ports A and B of the hydraulic motor, and a control port C of the hydraulic shuttle valve is connected with the second electromagnetic directional valve; and an oil outlet of the second electromagnetic directional valve is connected with an oil inlet of the low-pressure overflow valve. The road marking vehicle is scientific in principle and compact in structure, and the safety, reliability and working efficiency of the road marking vehicle can be improved by improving an existing conventional closed type hydraulic walking system.
一种划线车用液压行走系统及其操控方法,包括闭式液压泵、液压马达、第一电磁换向阀、液压梭阀、第二电磁换向阀和低压溢流阀;闭式液压泵的两个出油口PA、PB分别与液压马达的两个油口A、B连接;第一电磁换向阀的两个油口P1、P2分别与液压马达的两个油口A、B连接,第一电磁换向阀与液压马达构成并联回路;液压梭阀的两个油口分别与液压马达的两个油口A、B连接,液压梭阀的控制口C与第二电磁换向阀连接;第二电磁换向阀的出油口与低压溢流阀的进油口连接。本发明原理科学、结构紧凑,在现有常规的闭式液压行走系统进行改进即可实现提高划线车的安全可靠性和工作效率。
