The fabricated precast concrete beam preparation device comprises a bottom plate and strong tight structures, and the left side, the right side, the front side and the rear side of the bottom plate are connected with two longitudinal supporting plates and two transverse supporting plates through the strong tight structures correspondingly; and transverse reinforcing steel bars and longitudinal reinforcing steel bars which are uniformly distributed are arranged in a space formed by the bottom plate, the longitudinal supporting plate and the transverse supporting plate. The transverse supporting plates and the longitudinal supporting plates with different lengths can be conveniently connected to different bottom plates, then a formwork composed of the transverse supporting plates, the longitudinal supporting plates and the bottom plates can be conveniently and flexibly used, in addition, the connecting stability of transverse steel bars and longitudinal steel bars can be conveniently improved, and therefore the strength of a prefabricated beam can be improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式预制混凝土梁制备装置,包括底板和强紧密结构,所述底板的左右两侧和前后两侧均通过强紧密结构分别与2个纵向支撑板及2个横向支撑板相连接,且底板、纵向支撑板和横向支撑板构成的空间内排布有均匀分布的横向钢筋和纵向钢筋。该发明能便于将不同长度的横向支撑板和纵向支撑板连接于不同的底板上,进而能便于灵活的使用由横向支撑板、纵向支撑板和底板构成的模板,另外能便于提高横向钢筋和纵向钢筋连接的稳定性,从而能提高预制的梁的强度。
