Deck type open-web arch bridge main arch ring structure reinforcing structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge reinforcing engineering, in particular to a deck type open-web arch bridge arch ring structure reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof. The reinforcing structure for the main arch ring structure of the deck type open-web arch bridge comprises a carbon fiber reinforcing layer adhered to the lower surface of a main arch ring, a reinforced concrete structure layer arranged below the carbon fiber reinforcing layer and a composite material protective shell covering the upper surface of the main arch ring. The composite material protective shell comprises a flat plate, an arc-shaped vertical plate, an arc-shaped side plate and a clamping tenon, wherein mortise and tenon openings are formed in the two ends of the flat plate; the composite material protective shells are combined into different sections through mortises and tenons, and the composite material protective shells have the functions of concrete formworks and vault surface protective layers. By the adoption of the high-performance durable protective layer with the permanent formwork function and the arch ring ribbed reinforced concrete structure system, the reinforcing construction difficulty of the arch ring structure of the river-crossing arch bridge is greatly lowered, meanwhile, open-circuit construction is not needed, and the method is widely suitable for reinforcing construction of the river-crossing arch bridge structure.
本发明涉及桥梁加固工程技术领域,特别涉及一种上承式空腹拱桥拱圈结构加固结构及其施工方法。所述的一种上承式空腹拱桥主拱圈结构加固结构包括粘贴于主拱圈下表面的碳纤维加固层,设置碳纤维加固层之下的钢筋混凝土结构层,以及覆盖于主拱圈上表面的复合材料保护壳;所述复合材料保护壳,包括两端设有榫卯口的平板、弧形立板、弧形边板和卡榫;所述复合材料保护壳通过榫卯组合成不同的截面,兼具混凝土模板和拱顶面保护层作用。本发明通过采用兼具永久性模板功能的高性能耐久性防护层和拱圈带肋钢筋混凝土结构体系,大大简化了跨河拱桥拱圈结构加固施工难度,同时可不用断路施工,且广泛适用于跨河拱桥结构加固施工。
