The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall construction method, which adopts an assembled structure, is layered in the vertical direction and is assembled in blocks in the horizontal direction, a first prefabricated part and a second prefabricated part in the horizontal direction are connected in a staggered manner, and the first prefabricated part is clamped with the second prefabricated part through connecting grooves in two ends of the first prefabricated part; the connection in the horizontal direction is realized; preformed holes are formed in the prefabricated parts, in the vertical direction, the multiple prefabricated parts are stacked, steel strands penetrate through the reserved holes, the steel strands are tensioned to reach the preset strength, and connection of the multiple prefabricated parts in the vertical direction is achieved. The steel strands are used for connecting the prefabricated parts, a reinforcement cage and a cast-in-place concrete structure of a traditional continuous wall are replaced, loss of reinforcing steel bars is greatly reduced, the peripheries of the steel strands are sleeved with the sheaths, the steel strands can be prevented from making direct contact with concrete of the prefabricated parts, the steel strands can be recycled after follow-up underground structure construction, and the construction cost is reduced. And the steel strand can be reused after being provided with the sheath and coated with the lubricating grease, so that resource loss is reduced.
本发明公开了一种地下连续墙施工方法,采用拼装式结构,在竖直方向上分层以及在水平方向上分块拼装,其中水平方向上第一预制构件和第二预制构件交错连接,通过第一预制构件两端的连接槽与第二预制构件卡接,实现水平方向上的连接;预制构件上设有预留孔,在竖直方向上,多个预制构件层叠并使用钢绞线穿过预留孔,张拉钢绞线达到预定强度,实现多个预制构件竖直方向上的连接。使用钢绞线连接各预制构件,代替传统连续墙的钢筋笼和现浇混凝土结构,大大减少钢筋的损耗,并且由于钢绞线的外周套设有护套,可避免钢绞线与预制构件的混凝土直接接触,后续地下结构施工后可将钢绞线回收,钢绞线重新设置护套和涂抹润滑脂后可重新利用,减少资源损耗。
