The invention relates to an underground diaphragm wall and TRD connection water stop system construction method which comprises the following specific steps: step 1) high-pressure jet grouting pile construction: after a high-pressure jet grouting drilling machine is in place, drilling machine guniting construction is carried out, and a mobile support rapid recharging structure is adopted to carry out grout supplementing and grouting, so that the construction of a high-pressure jet grouting pile is completed; then the high-pressure jet grouting drilling machine is moved to a lower pile for construction; (2) underground diaphragm wall construction is conducted, specifically, an underground diaphragm wall foundation groove is excavated, then a reinforcement cage is hoisted into the underground diaphragm wall foundation groove, concrete is poured, and underground diaphragm wall construction is completed; (3) joint section water stopping construction is conducted, specifically, closed-loop steel sheet piles are arranged on the outer sides of the high-pressure jet grouting piles for water stopping; (4) joint construction is conducted, specifically, the special-shaped profile steel and the reinforcement cage are welded and then synchronously put into the underground diaphragm wall foundation groove together with the reinforcement cage; and concrete is poured at the joint, and construction of the joint is completed. The method has the advantages of being high in foundation pit excavation safety, good in high-pressure jet grouting pile forming quality, easy to operate and the like, and has good comprehensive benefits.
本发明涉及一种地下连续墙与TRD衔接止水体系施工方法,包括如下具体步骤:步骤1)高压旋喷桩施工:高压旋喷钻机就位后进行钻机喷浆施工,采用移动支架快速回灌结构进行补浆和压浆,从而完成一个高压旋喷桩的施工;然后高压旋喷钻机移位至下根桩施工;步骤2)地连墙施工:开挖地连墙基槽,然后向地连墙基槽中吊装钢筋笼、浇灌混凝土,完成地连墙施工;步骤3)衔接段止水施工:在高压旋喷桩外侧设置闭环钢板桩进行止水;步骤4)衔接处施工:将异形型钢与钢筋笼焊接后与钢筋笼同步下放至地连墙基槽中;在衔接处浇筑混凝土,完成衔接处施工。本发明具有基坑开挖安全性高、高压旋喷桩成桩质量好,操作简单等特点,有较好的综合效益。
