Waterproof construction method for open cut section of subway station
According to the waterproof construction method for the open cut section of the subway station, a station body is of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete box type structure, measures are taken to control development of structural concrete cracks, and the impervious performance of concrete is improved; the waterproof effect of joints of detail structures such as deformation joints, construction joints, embedded parts, reserved holes, various joints, various structural section interfaces, pile heads and the like is taken as a key point, and the waterproof effect is enhanced by a flexible externally-wrapped waterproof layer. A reinforced concrete structure self-waterproof system is adopted, namely, structure self-waterproof is taken as the foundation, waterproof of detail structures such as construction joints, deformation joints, through-wall pipes and pile heads is taken as the key point, and a flexible fully-wrapped waterproof layer is arranged on the upstream face of the structure to reinforce waterproof performance. The selected flexible waterproof layer has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, economical, practical, easy and convenient to construct, good in adaptability to soil construction and methods, capable of adapting to local weather and environmental conditions, simple in finished product protection and the like.
本发明提供了一种地铁车站明挖区间防水施工方法,车站主体采用现浇钢筋砼箱型结构型式,采取措施控制结构混凝土裂缝的开展,增加混凝土的抗渗性能;以变形缝、施工缝、预埋件、预留孔洞、各型接头、各种结构断面接口、桩头等细部结构等接缝防水为重点辅以柔性外包防水层加强防水。采用钢筋混凝土结构自防水体系,即以结构自防水为根本,施工缝、变形缝、穿墙管、桩头等细部构造的防水为重点,并在结构迎水面设置柔性全包防水层加强防水。选用的柔性防水层应具有环保性能、经济实用、施工简便、对土建工.法的适应性较好、能适应当地的天气和环境条件,成品保护简单等优点。
