The invention relates to a construction method of a latticed column through hole penetrating through a box culvert top plate, a rubber sleeve with a rectangular section is arranged on a latticed column in a sleeving manner, a row of steel bar inserting holes are formed in each of four side walls of the rubber sleeve according to the number and the interval of steel bars on each side of the latticed column through hole, and a steel bar inserting and pulling channel is formed between each steel bar inserting hole and the bottom edge of the sleeve; when box culvert top plate reinforcing steel bars are bound, the reinforcing steel bar ends at the latticed column through holes are inserted into the reinforcing steel bar through holes correspondingly, and the rubber sleeve is used as a latticed column through hole pouring formwork; and after box culvert top plate concrete pouring is completed, the rubber sleeves are pulled out upwards, the end steel bars are exposed, then the latticed columns and the connecting steel bars are cut off, through holes are poured, and concrete is repaired. The formwork is high in mounting and dismounting speed, the procedures of bending and straightening the steel bars at the ends of the through holes of the latticed column are omitted, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
本发明涉及一种贯穿箱涵顶板的格构柱通孔施工方法,在格构柱上套设一矩形截面的橡胶套管,在橡胶套管的4个侧壁上分别根据格构柱通孔每侧的钢筋数量和间距设一排钢筋插孔,每个钢筋插孔与套管底边间设一条钢筋插拔通道;绑扎箱涵顶板钢筋时,将格构柱通孔处的钢筋端头分别插入各钢筋通孔中,利用该橡胶套管作为格构柱通孔浇筑模板;箱涵顶板混凝土浇筑完成后,将橡胶套管向上拔出,露出端头钢筋,然后割除格构柱,连接钢筋,浇筑通孔修补混凝土。本发明模板安装拆卸速度快,且节省了格构柱通孔处端头钢筋弯曲、调直工序,能提高施工效率。
