Modular BCMG underground drainage method
The invention relates to the technical field of waste slag field drainage, in particular to a modular BCMG underground drainage method which comprises the following steps: arranging a to-be-drained operation site; building a slag yard operation area edge barrier; according to the drainage sequence, a drainage pipe, a rigid channel connector, a flexible two-way connector and a pipe plug are sequentially arranged from the top end to the bottom end of the slag yard; side wing water guiding grooves are dug in the positions, with the same distance, of the two sides of the drainage pipe; an intercepting ditch is built at the position, 2-3.5 m away from the bottom end, of the drainage operation area; a plurality of tangential water guide holes are formed in the side of the intercepting ditch to guide water in the intercepting ditch; a water return pipeline is built at the tail end of each tangential water guide hole, water is guided and discharged into a water collecting well, and the water collecting well is formed in the position 5-9.3 m away from the tangential water guide holes; according to the method, the requirement for the high load of a pile of 50 meters or above in the slag yard and the requirement for rainstorm drainage of the slag yard are well met.
本发明涉及弃渣场排水技术领域,尤其涉及一种模块化BCMG地下排水方法,其包括如下步骤:布设待排水作业现场;修建渣场作业区域边缘拦挡;依照排水顺序,自渣场顶端至底端依次布设排水管、刚性通道接头、柔性两通接头以及管堵;在排水管两侧间隔相同距离处,分别修挖侧翼导水槽;在排水作业区域间隔底端2m‑3.5m处,修建截水沟;在截水沟边侧开设多个切向导水孔,将截水沟的水进行引流;在每个切向导水孔末端搭建回水管路,将水引导排放至集水井中,集水井开设在距离切向导水孔5m‑9.3m处;循环完成排水作业后,停止循环,本公开很好满足渣场50米以上堆高荷载要求和渣场暴雨降雨排水要求。
