The unlocking device comprises a control rod in transmission connection with the lock cylinder and a sliding block in transmission connection with the spring bolt, the lock cylinder drives the driving rod to rotate, the sliding block is controlled to drive the spring bolt to move, and locking and unlocking of the faucet of the electric vehicle or the motorcycle are achieved. The electric control device comprises a box body, a cover plate matched with the box body, a driving mechanism located in the box body, a circuit board and an optocoupler sensor arranged on the circuit board. The faucet of the electric vehicle or the motorcycle can be unlocked or locked through the mechanical key, emergency use can be achieved, and the electric vehicle or the motorcycle can be prevented from being stolen.
