According to the designed self-locking hinge mechanism, the design that a conventional damping hinge uses a pre-tightening spring sleeve-reed assembly to retard spontaneous angular displacement of a hinge hinge is changed, the two-stage tooth piece-inner gear meshing design is adopted, and a spring is used for pushing a hinge main shaft to reset, so that a main shaft tooth piece is meshed with an inner gear of a hinge sleeve, and hinge self-locking is achieved; and through an unlocking button, an operator can conveniently realize'hinge one-key unlocking '. According to the design, the practical problems that a torsion value needs to be estimated in advance when a conventional damping hinge is used, standard parts are difficult to select, and the large-angle rotation pre-tightening effect is reduced are solved.
本发明所设计的自锁铰链机构,一改常规阻尼铰链利用预紧弹簧套‑簧片组件阻滞铰链活页自发角位移的设计,采用双级齿片‑内齿轮啮合设计,利用弹簧推动铰链主轴复位使主轴齿片与活页套筒内齿轮啮合以实现铰链自锁,再通过解锁按钮,让操作者能便捷实现“铰链一键解锁”。本设计规避了常规阻尼铰链使用需提前预估扭力值、标准件选型难、大角度旋转预紧效果下降等实际问题。
