The invention relates to a bridge deck waterproof paving premix which comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises the following raw materials in parts: 270-420 parts of cement, 280-600 parts of quartz sand, 150-250 parts of ground mineral powder, 60-80 parts of silica fume, 1-5 parts of a nano anti-permeability agent, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent and 1-3 parts of an internal curing agent, and the component B comprises 40-160 parts of copper-plated steel fibers. The premix for waterproof pavement of the bridge deck is a material designed according to a compact stacking theory, and has ultrahigh strength, high toughness, low permeability and high volume stability, so that the problems that common waterproof concrete, additive-added waterproof concrete and expansive waterproof concrete in waterproof concrete pavement of the bridge deck are high in shrinkage rate and easy to crack are solved; and the service lives of common waterproof concrete, waterproof concrete added with additives and expansive waterproof concrete are greatly prolonged.
