The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear physics, nuclear engineering and radioactive contamination treatment materials, and discloses a medium-low-radioactivity nuclear waste curing and packaging material which comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 270-480 parts of cement, 330-600 parts of 0.16-1.25 mm barite machine-made sand, 50-200 parts of ground mineral powder, 50-150 parts of silica fume and 10-50 parts of floating beads. And the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 9-12mm of copper-plated steel fibers (with the diameter of 0.15-0.20 mm), 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-3 parts of a water-retaining agent and 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent. The medium-low-radioactivity nuclear waste curing and packaging material is prepared from the cement, the barite machine-made sand, the ground mineral powder, the silica fume, the floating beads, the water reducing agent, the water-retaining agent, the defoaming agent and the copper-plated steel fibers, and has ultra-high performance of UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) which can be used for pumping construction and normal-temperature maintenance and has ultra-high strength and excellent durability.
