The invention belongs to the field of preparation of refractory materials, and discloses a preparation method of a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant refractory material for a hazardous waste incinerator, which is characterized in that the refractory material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: (1) 75-82% of corundum (Al2O3) with the particle size of more than 0.074 mm and less than or equal to 3mm; (2) 7%-10% of chromium sesquioxide and Cr2O3 (the particle size is more than 0.074 mm and less than or equal to 2mm); (3) 2-5% of lanthanum oxide (La2O3) with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.074 mm; (4) 2-5% of silicon carbide (SiC) with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.074 mm; 5, 1-1.5% of an additive; and (6) 5%-10% of a binding agent. The wear-resistant material has the characteristics of good wear resistance, erosion resistance and the like, can be applied to seriously corroded and worn areas of parts such as a feed port and a drying section of the garbage incinerator, and has a wide market prospect.
