The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, in particular to a preparation method of a carbon-carbon composite material, the carbon-carbon composite material and application of the carbon-carbon composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: paving at least one layer of preheated and activated carbon fiber fabric according to a preset sequence; contacting the laid carbon fiber fabric with resin slurry, and carrying out wet-process mold pressing to obtain a first preform; carbonizing and cracking the first preformed body to obtain a second preformed body; carrying out at least one time of impregnation cracking on the second preformed body to obtain a third preformed body; and carrying out graphitization treatment on the third preformed body. According to the preparation method of the carbon-carbon composite material provided by the invention, the carbon-carbon composite material is prepared by combining a wet molding method with an impregnation cracking method, so that the production cost of the carbon-carbon composite material can be remarkably reduced, and the production period is shortened.
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种碳碳复合材料的制备方法、碳碳复合材料及其用途。该制备方法包括如下步骤:将至少一层预热活化后的碳纤维织物按照预设顺序进行铺层;将铺层后的碳纤维织物与树脂浆料接触并进行湿法模压,得第一预成型体;对第一预成型体进行碳化裂解,得第二预成型体;对第二预成型体进行至少一次浸渍裂解,得第三预成型体;对第三预成型体进行石墨化处理。本发明提供的碳碳复合材料的制备方法,通过湿法模压法结合浸渍裂解法制备碳碳复合材料,能够显著降低碳碳复合材料的生产成本,缩短生产周期。
