A rigidly-connected hollow slab beam structure comprises a plurality of prefabricated hollow slab beams arranged side by side, the prefabricated hollow slab beams are connected into a whole through cast-in-place wet joints between beam bodies, each prefabricated hollow slab beam is of a rectangular section, a variable-section beam body internal cavity is formed in each prefabricated hollow slab beam, and cantilevers extend outwards from the two sides of the bottom of a slab beam body of each prefabricated hollow slab beam. The cast-in-place wet joint is of a rectangular section, and a variable-section wet joint inner cavity is formed in the cast-in-place wet joint. According to the prefabricated hollow plate beam, the top plate, the web plates and the multiple overhanging steel bars on the cantilevers are tightly connected with the cast-in-place wet joints into a whole, the overall stress performance and the transverse rigidity are close to those of a cast-in-place overall plate after construction is completed, the stress performance of the structure is greatly improved, various diseases caused by weak hinge joints of a conventional hollow plate beam are avoided, and the service life of the prefabricated hollow plate beam is prolonged. And the durability of the structure is improved.
一种刚性连接的空心板梁结构,包括若干并排放置的预制空心板梁,预制空心板梁通过梁体间现浇湿接缝连接成一体,预制空心板梁为矩形截面,内部包含一变截面梁体内部空腔,预制空心板梁的板梁梁体底部两侧向外延伸有悬臂,现浇湿接缝为矩形截面,内部包含一变截面湿接缝内部空腔。本发明的预制空心板梁通过顶板、腹板以及悬臂上众多外伸钢筋与现浇湿接缝紧密连接成整体,施工完成后整体受力性能及横向刚度与现浇整体板接近,极大的改善了结构的受力性能,避免了常规空心板梁铰缝弱从而导致的各种病害,提高了结构的耐久性。
