The automatic concrete spraying and curing system comprises a water storage tank, a pipeline assembly, a water pump, a plurality of spraying pieces, a sensing assembly and a controller, the pipeline assembly comprises a water inlet pipeline, a plurality of water outlet pipelines and at least two side pipelines, and the water inlet pipeline and the water outlet pipelines extend in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction correspondingly; the multiple water outlet pipelines are provided with multiple spaced water outlets and comprise at least two first water outlet pipelines and at least two second water outlet pipelines, the two first water outlet pipelines are connected with the two ends of the water inlet pipeline respectively, one ends of the two side pipelines are connected to the first water outlet pipelines at intervals in the longitudinal direction, and the other ends of the two side pipelines are connected with the second water outlet pipelines; the water pump is connected with the water storage tank; the plurality of spraying pieces are correspondingly connected with the plurality of water outlets and are arranged on the bridge surface of the bridge; the sensing assembly comprises a remote infrared sensor; the controller is electrically connected with the water pump and the remote infrared sensor; and spraying holes of the spraying pieces of the second water outlet pipeline face the side edge of the bridge. The problems that existing concrete curing is low in efficiency and poor in effect are solved.
本发明公开一种混凝土自动喷淋养护系统包括储水箱、管路组件、水泵、多个喷淋件、传感组件以及控制器,管路组件包括分别沿横向和纵向延伸的进水管路和多个出水管路以及至少两个侧管路,多个出水管路均设有多个间隔的出水口且包括至少两个第一出水管路和第二出水管路,两个第一出水管路分别连接进水管路两端,两个侧管路一端沿纵向间隔连接于第一出水管路,另一端连接第二出水管路;水泵连接储水箱和进水管路;多个喷淋件对应连接多个出水口且用以置于桥梁的桥面;传感组件包括远程红外线传感器;控制器与水泵和远程红外线传感器电连接;第二出水管路的各喷淋件的喷孔用以朝向桥梁的侧边。本发明旨在解决现有混凝土养护效率低,效果不佳的问题。
