The vehicle frame is fixed on the crawler walking system, the water tank and the rammer compactor box body are arranged above the vehicle frame, the water tank is provided with a spray head, and a soil humidity sensor probe is arranged below the vehicle head; a motor, a gear pair, a rotating shaft, an eccentric wheel and a movable column are arranged in the rammer compactor box, the rotating shaft is installed on the side wall of the rammer compactor box through a bearing, the motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate through the gear pair, the eccentric wheel sleeves the rotating shaft, one end of the movable column extends out of the bottom of the rammer compactor box to be connected with the ramming plate, and the other end of the movable column abuts against the eccentric wheel; springs are arranged on the tamping plate, and the top ends of the springs are connected with the tamping machine box body; and the controller is electrically connected with the soil humidity sensor probe, the spray head switch, the motor and the driving mechanism, and controls the on-off state of the spray head and the pressing frequency of the tamping plate according to the soil humidity.
