The invention discloses a construction method of a large-aperture super-long bridge pile foundation adjacent to a metro section, and solves the problems that the construction adjacent to the metro section has high requirements on ground subsidence and the overall construction difficulty is high. The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, construction preparation; s2, a drilling machine is in place; s3, drilling is conducted; s4, performing pore-forming inspection; s5, drilling waste slag is treated, and slurry is transported outwards; s6, hole cleaning is conducted, specifically, a slurry changing hole cleaning method is adopted for hole cleaning, that is, a drill bit stops drilling footage, a pump set continues to operate, slurry continues to circulate, sediment at the bottom of the hole is carried out of the hole, and the purpose of sediment cleaning is achieved till the concentration and the sand content of the slurry in the hole meet the standard requirements; s7, a reinforcement cage is manufactured and installed; and S8, underwater concrete pouring is conducted.
