Method for predicting bearing capacity of single-disc branch pile
The invention generally relates to the technical field of squeezed branch piles, in particular to a method for predicting the bearing capacity of a single-disc branch pile. The method comprises the steps that cohesive force, the internal friction angle of foundation soil, the weight of a soil body, the width of a disc ring, the section area of a pile end, the embedding depth of a disc, the diameter of the disc and the diameter of a pile are obtained; according to the cohesive force, the internal friction angle of the foundation soil, the weight of the soil body, the width of the disc ring and the embedding depth of the disc, the ultimate bearing capacity of the soil body is calculated based on the ultimate equilibrium theory; calculating the projection area of the disc according to the disc diameter and the pile diameter; calculating the bearing capacity of the disc according to the ultimate bearing capacity of the soil body and the projected area of the disc, wherein the bearing capacity of the disc is in positive correlation with the ultimate bearing capacity of the soil body and the projected area of the disc; and according to the section area of the pile end, the ultimate bearing capacity of the soil body and the bearing capacity of the disc, the bearing capacity of the single-disc branch disc pile is calculated by combining the calculation principle of the bearing capacity of a common cast-in-place pile. The bearing capacity of the disk is considered, and the accuracy of the prediction result is higher.
本发明一般地涉及挤扩支盘桩技术领域,特别是一种单盘支盘桩承载力的预测方法。方法包括:获取粘聚力、地基土的内摩擦角、土体的重度、盘环宽度、桩端截面面积、盘的埋置深度、盘直径、桩直径;根据粘聚力、地基土的内摩擦角、土体的重度、盘环宽度、以及盘的埋置深度,基于极限平衡理论计算得到土体的极限承载力;根据盘直径和桩直径计算得到盘的投影面积;根据土体的极限承载力和盘的投影面积计算得到盘的承载力,盘的承载力与土体的极限承载力、盘的投影面积正相关;根据桩端截面面积、土体的极限承载力以及盘的承载力,结合普通灌注桩承载力的计算原理计算得到单盘支盘桩的承载力。本发明考虑了盘的承载能力,预测结果准确性更高。
