The invention discloses an atrium large-span arc-shaped steel structure corridor construction method which comprises the steps of installing adjacent main building steel frames, installing temporary supporting frames, installing arc-shaped trusses and dismantling temporary supports, the steel frames are hoisted layer by layer from bottom to top, and connecting sections are arranged on the sides, close to each other, of two main buildings so that the arc-shaped trusses can be connected; a temporary supporting frame is built between the two main buildings, an outer ring main chord member is divided into three sections including two end rods and a middle rod, the two end rods are installed and fixed to the connecting sections, at the same height, of the two main buildings respectively, and then the middle rod is assembled between the two end rods; the inner ring main chord member is transported in three sections, after field assembly is completed, the whole inner ring main chord member is hoisted, the inner ring main chord member and the outer ring main chord member jointly form a bottom foundation framework of the arc-shaped truss, then overall assembly of the arc-shaped truss is completed on the bottom foundation framework from bottom to top, and the effect of facilitating installation and construction of the truss is achieved.
本发明公开了一种中庭大跨度弧形钢结构连廊施工方法,其包括安装相邻主楼钢框架、安装临时支撑架、安装弧形桁架以及拆除临时支架步骤,通过自下而上逐层吊装钢框架,两栋主楼相互靠近的一侧均设置有连接段,以供弧形桁架连接,并在两栋主楼之间搭建临时支撑架,其中外环主弦杆分三段,其中包括两根端部杆和一根中部杆,将两根端部杆分别安装固定在两栋主楼同一高度的连接段,然后再将中间杆拼装在两根端部杆之间;内环主弦杆分三段运输,现场完成拼装后,采用整根吊装,内环主弦杆与外环主弦杆共同组成弧形桁架的底部基础骨架,接着底部基础骨架上自下而上完成弧形桁架的整体组装,本发明具有便于桁架安装施工的效果。
