A steel rib confined concrete column and beam connecting joint structure comprises a steel rib confined concrete column and a structural beam. The steel rib confined concrete column comprises longitudinal steel ribs, concrete, external ribs, anti-shearing pieces and flange restraining pieces. The longitudinal steel rib comprises a steel rib web and a steel rib flange; the concrete comprises inner concrete and outer concrete; the flange restraining pieces are arranged at intervals along the ends of the steel rib flanges. The external ribs are positioned on the outer sides of the longitudinal steel ribs and the flange constraint pieces; horizontal steel connecting pieces are arranged at the positions corresponding to the structural beams, and each transverse steel connecting piece comprises a transverse steel connecting piece flange and a transverse steel connecting piece web; the transverse steel connecting pieces are located on the outer sides of the steel rib flanges and fixedly connected with the steel rib flanges. The flanges of the steel connecting pieces are lower than the tops of the longitudinal steel ribs; the structural beams and the longitudinal steel ribs are connected into a whole.
