A display system for a paver may include a plurality of cameras configured to provide a 360 DEG bird's-eye view of the paver and an area around the paver; a display operably coupled to the plurality of cameras, showing a 360 DEG bird's-eye view; and a controller coupled to the display, the controller further coupled to a sensor on the paver, the sensor positioned to measure a paving material height at one or more locations on the paver, where the controller sends an alert to the display such that the display shows a 360 DEG aerial view when the material height is below a predetermined level, a material height warning is contained in the display.
