The present invention provides a road and bridge modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, which comprises modified asphalt, a polyvinyl chloride layer and a tire base layer, and the modified asphalt comprises the following preparation raw materials by weight: 80-90 parts of asphalt, 20-35 parts of vacuum third line oil, 15-30 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 20-35 parts of SBS rubber, 10-25 parts of epoxy resin, 0.1-3 parts of a stabilizer and 15-30 parts of an inorganic filler; the preparation method of the modified asphalt comprises the following steps: S1, adding the asphalt and the vacuum third-line oil into a mixing tank, adding the vacuum third-line oil into the asphalt, heating to 165-175 DEG C, starting a stirrer, stirring for 15 minutes, then adding the butadiene styrene rubber, and continuously stirring for 50 minutes. By adding the vacuum third-line oil and the styrene butadiene rubber, the invention has the effects of improving the deformability, creeping under the action of external force, not generating transfer stress, protecting the interior from being damaged, improving the oxidation resistance, having high elongation and long service life, and can better solve the construction problem.
本发明提供了一种道桥用改性沥青防水卷材,包括改性沥青、聚氯乙烯层和胎基层,按重量份计,所述改性沥青的制备原料包括将沥青80‑90份、减三线油20‑35份、丁苯橡胶15‑30份、SBS橡胶20‑35份、环氧树脂10‑25份、稳定剂0.1‑3份和无机填料15‑30份;所述改性沥青的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将沥青和减三线油加入至混合罐内,把沥青中加入减三线油加热到165‑175℃,启动搅拌器进行搅拌15分钟,然后加入丁苯橡胶持续搅拌50分钟。本发明加入减三线油和丁苯橡胶提高变形能力,在外力作用下蠕变,不产生传递应力,保护其内部不受损坏,提高抗氧化能力、延伸率高和寿命长的效果,并能较好地解决施工的难题。
