The invention relates to a novel super-viscous polymer material which is obtained by mixing, stirring and blending epoxy resin slurry, a reactive diluent, a curing mixture and a base material, the epoxy resin slurry accounts for 10 to 16 parts by weight, the reactive diluent accounts for 2 to 4 parts by weight, the curing mixture accounts for 5 to 8 parts by weight, and the base material accounts for 100 to 120 parts by weight; the epoxy resin slurry is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 42% of bisphenol A epoxy resin E542, 44% of modified epoxy resin, 6% of organic bentonite and 8% of dioctyl phthalate; the reactive diluent is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 12% of epoxy chloropropane, 50% of fatty alcohol, 8% of polyether ester and 30% of trichloropropane; the curing mixture is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 84.5% of modified phenolic aldehyde amine, 4.5% of hydroxyl-terminated liquid nitrile rubber and 5.2% of 2-(3, 4-epoxy cyclohexyl) ethyltriethoxysilane.
