Construction method for chiseling away high-water-level pile head
The high-water-level pile head chiseling-away construction method comprises the following steps that S1, whether sludge exists in a pile casing or not is checked, and if yes, the sludge is cleared away; s2, building a construction operation platform; s3, pile core concrete is chiseled away, specifically, a drilling machine drills holes repeatedly in the vertical direction in different axial directions, so that the drilled holes are connected and define a plurality of closed structures, and the pile core concrete is divided into blocks and then transported away; s4, concrete around the pile is chiseled away, specifically, the reinforcement cage is exposed, and the top face of the concrete in the pile casing is trimmed to reach the set height; s5, drilling equipment is disassembled; and S6, part of the pile casing is cut off. By the adoption of the method, through the method that concrete in the pile casing is removed firstly and then the pile casing is cut, multiple drilling machines can be used for drilling at the same time, pile periphery chiseling can also be conducted at multiple points at the same time, and therefore the construction time is effectively shortened; and the concrete and the pile casing are removed separately, so that the reinforcement cage can be exposed, and the strength after secondary pouring is ensured.
本发明公开了一种高水位桩头凿除的施工方法,包括下列步骤:S1:检查护筒内是否存在淤泥,如有则进行淤泥清理;S2:搭设施工作业平台;S3:凿除桩心混凝土:钻机在竖直方向沿不同的轴向多次钻孔,使所钻孔洞相连并围成多个封闭结构,以将桩心混凝土划分成块状后运离;S4:凿除桩周混凝土:使钢筋骨架露出,并对护筒内混凝土顶面进行修整并使其达到设定高度;S5:拆卸钻孔设备;S6:切除部分护筒。采用本发明,通过先对护筒内混凝土进行去除再进行护筒切割的方法,可同时使用多台钻机进行钻孔,桩周凿除也可多点位同时进行,从而有效地缩短了施工时间;混凝土和护筒分开去除,可使得钢筋骨架露出,保证二次浇灌后的强度。
