A flood prevention device for an underground shopping mall comprises a ventilation drainage pipe, a function switching unit and a water scooping unit, the bottom end face of the ventilation drainage pipe is fixedly connected with a sinking and floating plate, one end of the ventilation drainage pipe is connected with an air inlet, the other end of the ventilation drainage pipe is fixedly connected with an L-shaped pipeline, and the telescopic end of the L-shaped pipeline is connected with the ventilation drainage pipe. The other end is communicated with the outside of the underground shopping mall; according to the invention, drainage and ventilation are completed by using one pipeline, and the change of the buoyancy of the sinking and floating plate is realized, so that the function conversion of the ventilation drainage pipe is realized, and meanwhile, the automatic switching of two functions of drainage and exhaust is realized; the situation that the drainage machine needs to be started through manual guarding in conventional flood control is avoided, and the situation that the underground shopping mall is flooded due to labor consumption and negligence of workers is reduced.
