Environment-friendly light steel house
The invention discloses an environment-friendly light steel house which comprises a plurality of vertically-arranged stand columns, a plurality of horizontally-arranged cross beams and wall bodies installed between the adjacent stand columns, each wall body comprises at least two wall plates and supporting beams connected between the adjacent wall plates, and each wall plate comprises a body obtained by integrally forming a foaming material. The two opposite end faces of the body are each provided with a concave part, the supporting beam penetrates into a through hole defined by the concave parts of the adjacent wall plate bodies, and the protruding strip part on the side end face of one wall plate body is embedded into the groove part on the side end face of the other adjacent wall plate body. The two strip-shaped shallow grooves and the two strip-shaped protruding strips are arranged on the two sides of the corresponding concave parts respectively, and the strip-shaped protruding strips on one wallboard body can be embedded into the strip-shaped shallow grooves in the other wallboard body. The connecting stability between the wallboards can be enhanced, and the air tightness and the waterproof performance of a wall body formed by splicing the wallboards can be greatly enhanced.
本发明公开一种环保型轻钢房屋,包括若干根竖直设置的立柱、若干根水平设置的横梁和安装于相邻立柱之间的墙体,所述墙体包括至少两块墙板和连接于相邻墙板之间的支撑梁,所述墙板包括由发泡材料经过一体成型获得的本体,所述本体的相对的两个端面上分别形成有一凹陷部,所述支撑梁穿入由相邻墙板本体的凹陷部围成的通孔内,一块墙板本体侧端面上的凸条部嵌入另一块相邻的墙板本体侧端面上的凹槽部内;2个所述条形浅槽、2个所述条形凸条各自设置于对应的凹陷部的两侧,一个墙板本体上的条形凸条可嵌入另一个墙板本体上的条形浅槽内。本发明其既可以加强墙板之间的连接稳定性,又可以大大增强由墙板拼接而成的墙体的气密性和防水性能。
