The planting box for planting the plants is arranged on one side of the double-layer isolation plate, direct sunlight to the double-layer isolation plate is reduced, then the indoor temperature is reduced, rainwater in the water storage pond can continuously irrigate the plants in the planting box when the weather is dry, then hot air around the double-layer isolation plate is taken away through water, and the indoor temperature is reduced.
