The construction method of the roof ventilation pipe structure mainly comprises the steps that the sleeve is installed on a roof formwork; supporting rods are installed on the sleeves, roof layer steel bars are bound, the sleeves are connected with a roof lightning protection system, a concrete layer is poured on the roof formwork, and the supporting rods are cut off; and the breather pipe is fixed in the inner hole of the sleeve and is connected with a roof grounding grid.
