The method comprises the following steps that S1, the thermoplastic mold is prepared; s2, the thermoplastic mold is placed at a reserved position in a building structure to be constructed; s3, after the thermoplastic mold is fixed, concrete pouring is conducted; s4, after the concrete is solidified, the thermoplastic mold is heated to be softened; and S5, the softened thermoplastic material is taken out and recycled for subsequent recycling. The thermoplastic mold used in the method is easy to operate and dismantle, the quality of the reserved construction hole or pit slot is effectively improved, and the quality of a civil engineering cast-in-place concrete surface is not affected; in addition, the material can be recycled and remodeled for recycling, and has the double advantages of economy and environmental protection.
